We promote gender empowerment by working with women, men, girls, and boys at community level to reduce inequalities and strengthen equal participation in household and community decision-making. Through this intervention, we support women’s access to resources, encourage their involvement in economic activities, and strengthen their role in leadership and community development processes.
Integrated Producer Plans (PIP)
Through Integrated Producer Plans (PIP), households are supported to develop a clear, long-term and structured plan for their agricultural and income-generating activities. The process helps families plan in a more coordinated and realistic way while strengthening cooperation within the household. It also promotes better use of available resources and ensures that women take an active role in household economic planning and decision-making.
Transformative Masculinity
We promote transformative masculinity through community dialogue sessions, couple discussions, and men’s group reflections that encourage men and boys to examine gender roles and behaviors within households and communities. Through this approach, we support positive changes in attitudes and practices, promote shared responsibilities within families, and strengthen respect, cooperation, and joint decision-making between women and men.
