We believe that young people are powerful drivers of change when they have access to the right skills and opportunities. Through vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and agricultural capacity building, we equip youth with practical competencies that help them secure livelihoods, contribute to their communities, and build a brighter future. By working alongside families, local leaders, and community structures, we foster confidence, innovation, and economic resilience among young women and men.

Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
Our TVET approach supports out-of-school youth, school dropouts, youth with disabilities, and other vulnerable young people by equipping them with practical vocational skills for self-employment and job opportunities. Through hands-on training in trades such as tailoring, carpentry, and other income-generating professions, youth gain the skills and confidence needed to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute to their communities.

Agricultural Vocational Education and Training (AVET)
In a country where many rural families depend on agriculture for their livelihood, our AVET approach equips youth with modern agricultural techniques, climate-smart farming practices, credit cooperative management, and product marketing skills. We also support youth through livestock farming, including rabbits, pigs, and other small animals, helping them diversify their income sources and build sustainable agricultural enterprises.
